Although it’s Easter time, this week we’re watching The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Based on the beloved book,  The Best Christmas Pageant Ever is a 2024 American Christmas comedy-drama film directed by Dallas Jenkins (creator of “The Chosen”), based on the beloved 1972 novel by Barbara Robinson. Starring Judy Greer, Pete Holmes, Molly Belle Wright, and Lauren Graham, the plot centers around the Herdmans, a group of juvenile delinquent siblings who have unexpectedly found themselves starring in their small town’s Christmas pageant.

Conclave is a 2024 political thriller film, based on the 2013 novel by Robert Harris. The powerhouse cast includes Ralph Fiennes, Stanley Tucci, John Lithgow, and Isabella Rossellini. In the film, Cardinal Thomas Lawrence organizes a conclave to elect the next pope and finds himself investigating secrets and scandals about the major candidates.
